The warm stones are actively moved on your body and never left "sitting" along your back—contrary to what you may have seen in spa photographs. Hot Stone massage is great during cold months to help soften muscles and target tight areas, allowing your massage therapist to work more effectively. Our hot stones are carefully heated and sanitized for each treatment. Hot Stone massage is not recommended if you have high blood pressure or diabetes, or if you are pregnant. 90 minutes is suggested for the full benefits of this deeply relaxing service.
