ABOUT DARIA
Daria came to massage therapy through her work with a personal trainer and through a family connection — her mother and grandmother are both massage therapists.
With a belief that human touch is necessary for life, she focuses on deep sports and neuromuscular massage that incorporates myofascial release, orthopedic techniques, and stretching. She especially likes to work with clients with postural imbalances and who are recovering from injuries; she works with them to create custom treatment plans to support them through their healing process. Most of all, she loves how massage therapy can transform lives and help people feel better.
Daria enjoys salsa dancing and yoga and loves a good, long stretch. She is also an avid reader and knitter. Daria is fluent in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
